s e s
There are four types of
yoga courses provided by the center:

Beginners or
Ventilation exercises
-
Intermediate
-
Advanced
-
Specific
For Intermediate
and advance courses there is a test for students to qualify. Unless they
are able to clear the test they are advised to continue beginners
program as that will assist them to be ready for next courses. The test
is to check your fitness levels. For new comers who haven’t done any
Yoga before, is suggestion to always commence with beginners program.
That will gradually and systematically prepare and progress them with
the practices which are encapsulated in next respective courses.
Beginners’ course is a set of practices which will mobile every joint of body starting
form to neck. These practices will bring up your required flexibility
levels and would burn uric acid from joints. They help raise your energy
level and vitalize your entire system. These practices can be undertaken
by anyone at any age regardless of their present health conditions and
diseases. They are recommended particularly in rheumatoid arthritis.
People with acute body fatigue, stiffness and with family history of
rheumatism must do it every single day.
Intermediate
program is set practices to empress parts and systems of your body.
Theses treat particularly diseases pertaining to digestive system. These
techniques of Yoga help you tone abdominal muscles and reduce its girth.
People suffering from problems such as: gastric, acidity, indigestion,
constipation, liver disorders, weakness and back ache etc are one who
needs this course the most as their therapeutic regime.
Intermediate
practices are designed to heighten your physical strength, balance of
mind, improve your center of gravity, and give more flexibility, and
cure various ailments belonging to nervous system, reproductive system,
and respiratory system etc.
Advanced course is
deeper delving. This focuses on higher knowledge of meditation,
breathing techniques, and psychic gestures that are meant to bestow
students’ spiritual experiences clarity of thought and purity of mind.
These practices are combined with dietary education and Yogic philosophy
as well. People with intention of acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of
Yoga science must undergo all three stages. Though each course is self
sufficient and independent but still connected and interrelated with
all.
We have 633
muscles in our body and 320 bones. They all require exercise, movement,
ventilation, activity and massage in order to maintain their tone,
energy, flexibility and vitality and that purpose is served when entire
Yoga course is practiced religiously, faithfully and with discipline.
Specific course: is the program for special requirements such prenatal and post natal
Yoga, Cordiac patients Yoga, Yoga for People with acute Bach problems
like; Slipped Dick or Cervical spondilitice etc.
